Payment

I currently do not have any facilities to accept credit card payments through the littlelotus website; however we do accept payments via PayPal and bank deposit.  Please note you can pay via credit card using PayPal without signing up for a PayPal account.

Returns/Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact me to discuss a return or refund. I do not have a strict policy, and will deal with these orders on a case by case basis.

Yarn

Every effort is made to reflect yarn colours accurately, and to provide as much detail in photos as is practical. Please be aware that computer monitors display colours differently, and as such your purchased yarn may vary slightly from the images on the site.

There may occasionally be knots in littlelotus yarns. Unfortunately there is not much I can do about this – the yarns arrive from my suppliers as is, and sometimes that means there are knots. I re-skein all my yarns after dyeing, and if I find an unreasonable amount of knots or breaks in the yarn, it will be sold as a second.

littlelotus is a purely online store, and as such has no storefront. A selection of our yarns is available at American Yarns.

Privacy Policy

Customer details that are collected by littlelotus when you place an order are only used for the purposes of processing your order and your privacy is respected at all times throughout this process.
